8:00 am to 3:00pm for
Drug Screening
9:00 am to 5:00 pm for
Walk-In Patient Care
We check our last patient in at 4:30 pm.
We are a Nurse-Practitioner owned and
operated Walk-In and Primary Care clinic.
Conveniently located at 520 North Fifth Avenue
in Sequim, our skilled Nurse Practitioners can
be your Primary Care Provider or assist you when
unexpected illness or injury occurs.

accident service, pre-employment physicals and
drug screens, alcohol breath testing,
job-related injuries, post-accident evaluations
